Don’t worry about the volume and the kids. Lock the door and take 30 minutes alone in that tub. You need it!

++Tip: Go alone! No music. No podcasts. Just you and the surrounding sounds. I’m in Korea, so it’s hard to get some peace and quiet here as it’s so populated(in the larger cities)…so I always opt for going out around 5 am when everyone is sleeping.

Make sure you’re sitting down as you’ll get very dizzy. After the dizziness subsided you’ll feel energized. Try it…Not while driving! Put this on your to-do list now.
